Night of Ideas returns to St. Louis at Webster University to present a discussion welcoming notable public figures and scholars, who will address both apparent and hidden divides, and propose solutions to bridge them.
This year’s theme, “Outside the Lines – Bridging Divides,” invites you to explore and discuss the myriad divides that shape our experiences in St. Louis today – from economic disparities to linguistic barriers, and from socio-political rifts to cultural, gender, and racial divides. The conversation, featuring Denis Pruitt, Isabelle Heibreder, Salim Ayoub, and Vincent Flewellen, will be followed by a Q&A and reception.
