The 2025 edition of Night of Ideas is coming to San Diego on April 9th, for an evening of artistic exploration and dialogue!
Join the Alliance Francaise San Diego to welcome Manaz Raiszadeh for the vernissage of her solo exhibition, COEUR D’AFGHANE, AMOUR À LA FRANÇAISE (Afghan Heart, French Love), organized in the spirit of the Night of Ideas.
Through her evocative works, Raiszadeh weaves together personal and collective narratives, bridging her Afghan heritage with the influences of French culture. Her art invites us to reflect on identity, migration, and the emotional landscapes shaped by displacement and belonging.
The presentation of her work and a discussion with on the theme of “Common Ground” will bring us to explore how art fosters connections across cultures, histories, and personal experiences.
