San Marcos’ Night of Ideas 2025 is coming to Texas State University, offering an exciting evening featuring a film festival, dance party, exhibition, big idea pitch session, short dialogues, and interactive workshops! Centered around the theme “Technology, Democracy, and the Planet,” this one-night event will bring together local and global participants, including filmmakers, musicians, DJs, journalists, photographers, human rights advocates, historians, and more. With attendees traveling from New York, Paris, London, Madrid, and beyond, this unique gathering, funded by the National Endowment for the Humanities, will foster meaningful connections with the Central Texas community.
